12 HOURS OF PORT JERVIS SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The 12 Hours of Port Jervis, now in its fourth year, has proven itself one of the must-do cycling events on the east coast. It is based on the tried-and-true model in the Mountain Bike Race World which consists of a Team Relay or Solo endurance effort. It is a discipline that is not well represented in the Northeast United States. This has given us a chance to bring the excitement, competition and festival atmosphere to thousands of people to the area. We are committed to the city of Port Jervis, NY and the surrounding communities by developing an outdoor recreation area and events for all to enjoy.  Our events have introduced people from all over the nation to experience everything the Watershed Trail System and Port Jervis has to offer. This event has been a catalyst in getting people to return to the area for cycling and other tourist activities. Proceeds from this event go directly to several local Non-Profits and The Outdoor Club of Port Jervis which maintains the trails and recreational opportunities in the area.

• 50+ miles of hand-built singletrack biking and hiking trails that has been constructed by the Outdoor Club of Port Jervis and are regarded as one of the best trail systems in the East.
• A wide-reaching Media, Advertising and Participation base of over 3000 historical participants. 
• Media coverage Pre, During and Post event
• 5 Year Contract with the City of Port Jervis as the exclusive Mountain Bike Event promoters
• Permission to utilize the Park for the -start/finish, venue and festival areas
• A variety of nationwide sponsors providing prizes, nutrition, awareness and swag that cover a wide range of demographics
• We donate to several local area Nonprofits, Food Bank, Humane Society, Outdoor Club, Trail Crew, Etc.
• Support from the entire local community

What we are looking for from our Sponsors and Partners to increase the popularity of this premier East Coast Event?

• Title Sponsor – providing funds to supplement promotion of the Race, Cash Prizes, Concert, Festival, Advertising Nationally
• Top Level Pro Riders competing for cash purse and the notoriety that our event brings
• Strong advertising relationship from sponsors and cross promotion with all supporters
• Significant company presence at race and vendor areas that could include factory vehicles, tents, employees and ambassadors.  Demo rides and factory booths at the festival portion.

•   Up to a 3-year contract with StarCrawf Promotions as title sponsor with no competing manufacturer or company
• $10K sponsorship per race/year to help fund pro cash purse, free concert for the community and overall function and logistics for the event.
• The Event will be named by your company followed by 12 Hours of Port Jervis
• Event/ Vendor Area representation to promote and educate on your business and commitment to the community and sport
• Two Race Team vouchers to be used at your discretion.
• Corporate level advertising. You are free to use our event to help promote your community involvement. Website, social media, Etc.
• We advertise for you at the event through / at Podiums, Band Stage, Banners, Tents, Information Tables, Racer Packets (you provide materials). Also, you will be bannered on all our advertising including Posters, Magazine ads, T-Shirts, Banners, Website, social media, Etc. This will result in thousands of unique impressions locally and nationally.
• You will have a special feature/ area on the course. This will be a spot that the riders will refer to often even after the race is over.

•  Up to a 3-Year Contract with StarCrawf Promotions as premium sponsor
• $6K sponsorship per race/year to help fund pro cash purse, free concert for the community and overall function and logistics for the event.
• Your company's name will be followed by 12 Hours of Port Jervis in the entirety of the name of the event
• Event/Vendor Area representation to promote and educate on your business and commitment to the community and sport
• Two Race Team vouchers to be used at your discretion.
• Corporate level advertising. You are free to use our event to help promote your community involvement. Website, social media, Etc.
• We advertise for you at the event through / at Podiums, Band Stage, Banners, Tents, Information Tables, Racer Packets (you provide materials). Also, you will be bannered on all our advertising including Posters, Magazine ads, T-Shirts, Banners, Website, social media, Etc.

• Yearly contract possibilities with StarCrawf Promotions as a supporting sponsor.
• $4K in sponsorship funds or a combination of dollars and/or products that both parties agree upon.
• You are free to have representatives on site in the vendor area. Up to 10ft x 20ft space to promote and educate on your business and commitment to the community.
• One Race Team voucher to be used at your discretion.
• Your branding will be selectively placed throughout the event. You will also be represented on our social media, Website, T-Shirts, Podiums, Racer Packets (you provide materials) High traffic areas at the event.
